This is Chris Marsden. I am coordinating all the media content for SWC 2026. I figured it’s always good to put a face with a name (or worse, a random link).

A few quick tips and guidelines.
- Format for wide screen. 16:9, 1080p, 4k or 1920×1080.
- Include a little margin around your key content to ensure nothing is cropped by mistake
- Export as jpegs or pdfs for best consistency. (preferred)
- Embed all your fonts. If you are sending PPT, rather than jpegs, make sure font embedding is turned on in preferences.
